Our Story
Yuki Burger was born from a dream of creating the best possible burger experience in Japan. It all started with a group of four friends who brought their vision to life. As a small business, we take pride in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, giving back to our community.
Our mission is to create a comfortable and relaxing communal dining atmosphere for all ages, whilst enjoying Hakuba's biggest, baddest burgers.
Yuki Burger is the total package; located in the heart of Echoland, it's designed to make our customers feel at home. From the food, to the service we provide, down to the design of the restaurant, it was all intended to enhance every aspect of your experience with us at YB. We hope you enjoy!

Dine in, Take Out & Delivery!
We source everything locally, from our veggies to our meat. Our patties are 100% beef, using Japanese Wagyu to enhance the flavour. We also have vegetarian burgers and other options on the menu! Not to mention, we have fresh, hand cut fries daily! Stay tuned for our specials throughout the season.
